Prime Therapeutics' management is committed to its employees and customers. The company has a positive and welcoming culture that values hard work, interpersonal relationships, mutual respect, and professionalism. The company also provides the tools, data, and training I need to perform my role as a data analyst well. Also, Prime's management strives to reduce the costs of drugs its customers (health insurers) and their members (patients) pay. Prime has the most positive, supportive, diverse, and respectful work environment I have experienced in my 38-year IT and data analytics career.
Cons
Unfortunately, Republican and Democratic lawmakers lump Prime together with the prominent three pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Fourth in sales, Prime is unlike the others. It continues to negotiate with drug manufacturers to reduce the costs of drugs to consumers.
