      the health benefits and pto policy was good

      Cons

      Team tolerated lead engineer's explosive tendencies...the management would hardly do anything about it when I would bring it up. I personally didn't get much support and that was really frustrating. Standups were unnecessarily long. When I came in, it was 2 hours long. It's a little better but not much.

      Not enough training Sometimes they only updated certain people on changes for tasks and you find out later you are doing things wrong. The tools they use are outdated and tried to be revamped but made things worse
