      High turnover in PMO.

      Pros

      Project teams are great. Yet you do not get management support to run projects, only inundated with process.

      Cons

      PMO is in constant tumult. The leadership reads a book and a reorganization follows. If you like being micro managed while running projects this is a job for you.

      Poor leadership from HR, constantly changing priorities, high turnover, 50 hours is the minimum work week, values don't align to their actions.

      Compensation is fair, and opportunity to work from home sometimes

      Cons

      It depends the department, but I have been with prime over 3 years, the downfall of this company will be its supervisors and management, people act like they're still in middle school, it doesn't matter how hard you work, if you're not the manager's favorite, then you will not any special projects. Culture of this company is very depressing, managers don't know how to lead.
