      Nice benefits and generous PTO but hard to get PTO approved

      Cons

      Managers have their cliques and if you don't fit in, good luck going anywhere in your department. Unprofessional culture and work environment.

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic with lots of focus on the wellness of the employees. Definitely a good work life balance and lots of friendly people.

      Cons

      Seems to lag behind on the implementation of new practices and policies. Not always open to change or new ways of doing things. The company has obviously grown a lot recently and is still trying to decide how to handle there expanded business.
