      Pros

      Prime was a great employer and offered a generous PTO accrual and 6% 401K match. The culture is great and work/life balance is good depending on the team. The work done here helps people with their healthcare needs so it could be a rewarding job if this matters to you.

      Cons

      I had 4 managers and 3 of them where great. The last manager i had made my life a living hell, they did not like to be challenged. When i challenged him, i was targeted and eventually let go. Your mileage may vary and your experience is highly dependent on management. My last team in IT, very fast paced with 1 week Sprints, daily deployments. My team had no dedicated QA resource so the developers had to also perform Quality Assurance, this is not necessarily a bad thing but we received no guidance from management but leadership was quick to point out issues. Career Opportunities are great if you work/Live in Minnesota. Opportunities are other facilities around the company is limited, so if you want to grow and advance your career at the company you ultimately have to move to the headquarters in MN.
