Company is great at providing bonuses and incentives. For the most part, good leadership team. HR is very realistic and a great workplace partner. Company actively supports charities each year and encourages employee participation.

Cons

My team was a hybrid team that did not have the support of other departments or automated reporting. Unrealistic expectation for creating an adherence metric, when there were no technologies available to support it. It would not have been fair or balanced for the employees. Working for an insurance based company, you would think the health insurance would be better. I've never had a deductible. This was somewhat offset by being able to pass a wellness screening each year.
