      Pros

      Ample PTO, work from home options, decent benefits, pay scales good enough to keep you from looking elsewhere. I recommend Prime if you're: resourceful and able to navigate organizations without direction, seeking comfort and not a professional challenge or ability to make an impact, able to deal with management promoted for technical expertise and not leadership skills with little help from HR on development.

      Cons

      Prime's growth has created an ambiguous environment where politics dictate the actions of leaders and management, which trickles down to every role in the organization. Taking risks and speaking for the good of the business are not encouraged. This is a complacent environment as noted by other reviews. Note NM, TX, NE and FL locations are more pharmacy and call center locations, with unique environments. Corporate reviews will be based mostly in MN headquarters with other remote offices near client sites. My culture note applies more to corporate.
