The most wasteful company I have ever worked for by far. The poster child for PBMs charging way too much for their services. Wages are below average. Any possible skill set you would expect employees to have is nonexistent. So glad I got out of there and went back to consulting. I can't understand how anyone would do business with them.

Zero oversight. Zero contact from leadership - my hiring manager never once met with me. Passive aggression instead of direct communication makes it easy to feel completely worthless. Culture of mediocrity dressed up like subject matter experts. Overbearing, controlling coworkers that have no sense of professional boundaries. This is a great company to collect a fat paycheck from, because chances are your upstream is doing the same and so long as you dont rock the boat you'll get paid.

Cons

Still working like its 2010. Two-faced ethics. Favoritism. Sr. Leadership seems to be trying to fix the culture but mid level employees will not change or work with each other.
