      Pros

      the pay compensation is fair, OT seems to always be available during peak season, it gets busy but the management I deal with always stresses a work-life balance, supervisor is very professional and understanding and has said that she woudl help me move up in the company, upper management always tries to get everyone involved in activities

      Cons

      long "chain of command" that makes developing new policies take a long time, trainers and leads are not always on the same paged, company stresses open communication but I feel like some management pulls the "because I say so" card when they want something done without explaining

      Pros

      The benefits were very good. Number of days given for vacation were good, but you were never able to use them.

      Cons

      You were never able to use your time off because you were expected to be on call. Not enough staff, so the staff working put in terribly long hours. Trying to build a company on old and outdated systems, contributed to the struggles. Management would not make a decision. Paralysis by analysis.

      Sitting at a desk all day sucks ;( but staff made it much easier to want to stay

      Cons

      Great staff, always had fun events going on whether it was catering or a cook out we always made it a fun enviroment at Prime.
