      a good thing with lack of leadership in middle management

      Pros

      The benefits and the model are the two best things by far

      Cons

      Lack of communication, individuals in middle management are not very competent. Nobody knows what their roles and do not take ownership of their programs. Middle management has to lie to their superiors and to clients about us. There is definitely a lack of integrity and those people treat you badly.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. People are great. Upper management makes a real effort to communicate with employees. Work/life balance seems to be a real concern, not just lip service like so many others. We get fruit for breakfast every Wednesday and bagels once a month! Just a nice perk that reminds us that we are valued as people and not just "human capital."

      Cons

      PBM business is complex and learning curve is steep for new hires. Company has been growing very fast and growing pains are starting to show in on boarding new employees etc.

      great starting salary amazing bonus some great managers teams are like family opportunity for growth very limited # of dinks

      Cons

      low raises growing way too fast...can it be sustained??? HR not responsive to multiple formal complaints about bad managers
