Pros
The company is growing and consistently pays out a healthy bonus. There is opportunity to move into different departments.
Cons
The PBM industry is not very exciting and can be very dull; As the company has grown the leaders have stopped communicating to the employees as much as they used to. I enjoyed many of the colleagues, but some really unethical people were promoted and rewarded for terrible behavior.
