Pay and team mates are great!

Cons

Management have no idea how to management. They only care about themselves and their numbers. We are over worked. There is also NO work life balance, they will IM you or text you to deliver things after you have logged off to go be with your family. There is no training, and will expect you to know and if you don't, they will penalize you for it.

1. Leaders are obviously inexperienced as leaders 2. Pay is garbage 3. I thought it was entry-level only to find out that multiple trainers have been making that pay for years 3. THEY FIRED ME BECAUSE I ATTENDED MY SON’s Graduation 👨‍🎓!!!!

Change schedule every 6 months Took away our Holidays Only cares about metrics, you can show up on time every day and do your job to the best of your ability but if the metrics aren't met or exceeded and quality isn't perfect they will let you go.
