I have worked in the industry for years. Prime has knocked it of the park in being a great employer. There is supportive leadership and team members (no question can go unasked), comprehensive training, good pay and benefits, flexible work from home schedule. Upper leadership keeps the teams updated on corporate goals/performance and initiatives.
