The Niche as a PBM is rewarding. Great location and frontline employees are great! They are hardworking employees and want a fair and honest company to work for and belong.

Cons

No employee development, very cliquey, leadership violates federal employment laws and need training. Internal problems are ignored in lieu of just getting the job done.

Great coworkers and the company has a generous PTO plan. Some teams have great work life balance but it's really specific to the team

Cons

Favoritism and partiality. Only those that are liked are promoted. Lower management is clueless on how to manage their employees. Too much ego in mid management.
