      Pros

      Not many Pro's to share - management is horrible - especially the executive leadership. They promote based on who the favorites are and not on abilities.

      Cons

      Prime does NOT value hard working capable, smart employees. Very hierarchical - Poor Executive Leaders - Conflict of interest issues with reporting relationships w/spouses - Sr. Leaders favoring subordinates - Week Human Resource staff who align w/executives and allow flagrant discriminatory behavior even when employees report such behavior directly with HR. Very mismanaged and misguided organization.

      Pros

      Good Salary and Benefit package. Hard working dedicated employees. There is a lot of growth potential within Prime if your in with the right people

      Cons

      Management and HR do not look at true issues of department, many issues stem from manager flat out lying and targets staff when not liked. senior leaderships listens after its too late

      Pros

      Generous PTO 5 weeks to start, good pay, liberal work from home policy, bagels once a month, fruit every Wednesday

      Cons

      Budget cuts rampant right now, many foreign contractors, and some foreign FTEs in QA that don't want to help you, communicate with you or see you succeed. QA team very silo'd. Moved QA team to the basement in 1/16
