      Pros

      Strong business with dedicated clients; Some of the people are great to work with; Standard PTO

      Cons

      Extreme micro-management. Receptionist writes down each time you leave and enter the building; one of the top people walks around to check thermostats and drink cups.for lids; cameras all over the building; no 401k matching; rampant nepotism; terrible work-life balance; managers concerned for themselves rather than their teams.

      Pros

      Good money if you can last long enough to make any money.

      Cons

      They want everyone to be a telemarketer. If you cant telemarket, dont apply. They dont want sales people. They want telemarketers and someone who can complete multiple pages of paperwork. Everything is done the hard way and they will never change which is why they cant overcome the many obstacles that keep them from gaining marketshare.
