Some employees are friendly and fun to work with

Cons

Low pay, no work/life balance, double standards with what management allows from certain employees, must use your PTO when there is bad weather, below-average health plan, empty promises from management - this company is not competitive compared to what other companies offer nowadays. Outdated in every way imaginable. Poor management decisions - promoting people for the wrong reasons. This is a company to get experience from, not to build a career with.

none to list. your employees would perform if you treated them with respect and valued them.

Cons

upper management and mid management are not in touch with the current industry standards. Training was horrible, stuck in a room for 8 hours a day, being treated like school children. Nepotism is all around. It takes time to build a business. Benefits are horrible and HR lacks empathy of any kind
