      I've been with this company for five years and have been truly impressed with how much it invests in its people. PrimePay prioritizes training & development, and provides career advancement opportunities for those who work hard and are looking for a next step in their career.

      Cons

      With any innovative company comes a lot of change, and at PrimePay, we're doing just that. We're continuously changing to remain a leader in our space -- but for some, that change can be uncomfortable. This company is for those who can be adaptable and embrace change with a positive mindset. The change will be well worth it in the end!

      Pros

      Great freedom to work on your own schedule. Lots of opportunity to move up if you are willing to make yourself stand out. Leadership team has a great vision for the company and are all competent at their jobs. This is a great place to work if you understand sales and can manage your time and pipeline efficiently. (grinders only!)

      Cons

      Product is a tad bit behind the times and service can be challenging. In all fairness that seems to be an industry standard
