      Nice, friendly people. Hour lunch.

      Management micromanages, no processes or procedures in place, constantly reinventing the wheel. Pay is low.

      Opportunity for Growth

      Pros

      My office quickly became like family. My managers are invested not only in my professional but also personal life. We get regular performance reviews so it's never a surprise where you stand. I have been able to leverage 5 years of training experience to help onboard new employees.

      Cons

      Our pay is not competitive with similar companies in the area. Also, there are times when you are almost given too many chances to make the same mistake before you are held accountabl.e
