      Remote-first company, so the WFH option is the main Pro!

      Cons

      Very bad company culture, It's very toxic and everyone keeps waiting for a chance to blame on one another. No one wants to work as a one team to achieve the greater vision. Absolutely no work-life balance at all. You are expected to be available all the time!
