None for this company. I had 5 people quit in my office during my time with Primepay. That says enough.

Cons

Beware of false reviews on here. Any review that has a 5 star rating with nothing but good things to say and doesn’t reveal where they work or what job they have is just HR or upper management falsifying a review. Wouldn’t you want the company to know who you were if you had nothing but nice things to say?.... All companies do it but just be aware of them. No company deserves 5 stars. Even if you love it there is always room for improvement. This company is trash. Truth. Most are though. If you see anyone on here say that this company has good work/life balance...then that person has no life outside of work to begin with. Don’t fall for it. If you love to work and only work and get steam rolled by management and clients then this is for you! I went back to the medical field and am making far more in just 32 hours a week than I ever did at 50 hours a week for Primepay. Work smart people...not hard.

I had not been on PrimePay’s Glassdoor page in a while, so I decided to see what some of the reviews were. I was surprised to see some of the negativity from former employees because I had not experienced any of the things that were mentioned. I have had nothing but a positive experience here at PrimePay. The culture is always team oriented and helpful. I feel like all of my co-workers get a long with each other and even spend time together outside of the office. I have grown in many ways as an employee since being here both professionally and personally. PrimePay focuses on its employee and will do what is necessary to help anyone. The work/life balance here is very fair and the compensation is above the industry average. PrimePay is truly a great place to work and it is only getting better!

Cons

The payroll industry has its busy seasons. Someone new to the industry might find the amount of work that needs to be done during the busy season a little overwhelming. Once you get through it, you realize it was not so bad.

I truly cannot think of any. Even if you are desperate for a job there has to be a better alternative.

Cons

Everything. The sales leadership is a guys club and provides little to no support for day to day sales roadblocks. They have 0 brand recognition nationally and don’t try to expand that at all. You also have to wear a full suit and tie for internal meetings where no one will ever see you except your fellow coworkers. It’s a very strange culture with extremely outdated policies. They pay significantly lower than most other companies. They promise you the ability to earn a lot in commission but neglect to tell you that selling their product is near impossible with no unique values to it. If you look on their careers page there are upwards of 15-20 open outside sales roles at any given time.
