      Pros

      PrimePay offers great opportunities for their employees who are looking to grow and succeed within a company. PrimePay continuously looks at ways to develop their employees. They are always looking to promote from within, and encourage movement throughout departments. There is a great team dynamic throughout each department.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of company-wide activities to help engage individuals across all departments.

      Pros

      Good people to work with and for. They are understanding of the work/life balance.

      Cons

      Due to the size the need preform multiple different tasks and knowing how to resource answers may be daunting at first. Do not be afraid to ask questions.

      Pros

      Everyone at this company is more than willing to help whoever they need to! Everyone works as a large team who all want the same goal! I feel very comfortable here and felt very welcomed from day one. I have enjoyed working in benefits and answering the phones. Sometimes different callers can be a little tough but everyone around you is there to support you after those harder calls. You learn something new every single day which makes coming into work exciting! I am really enjoying working here!

      Cons

      As mentioned, sometimes the phone calls can be a little tough but that's just how customer service goes! Even on the days that seem hard, people are there to lift you up and help you learn.
