      OK, Good People, Needs Product Development

      Pros

      Good Company with good people, open territories that expand into large demographics. Multiple target industry.

      Cons

      Non competitve pay, and the product needs development, online payroll needs to be able to API into current cities and governments.

      Think rocket ship!

      Pros

      Anyone looking at Glassdoor knows that this website is littered with disgruntled employees with an ax to grind. If you are considering a career at PrimePay then think about being on board a rocket ship. The company has experienced substantial growth over the previous few years and that trend is continuing. The growth in the company allows for great career growth if you are willing to put in the work and separate yourself from the pack. The growth also causes a few bumps along the way as the organization figures things out (similar to a rocket ship taking off!) You can either get on for the ride, be a part of positively working through the few bumps and reap the benefits or get bogged down by growing pains and come to Glassdoor to air your grievances! It's your choice but my advice is join the team before we hit orbit.

      Cons

      In office culture is a great atmosphere but not the best for someone who needs the ability to telecommute.

      the view was nice. theres about 3 nice people there

      the manager and the director are extremely petty. They tend to hire a bunch of colored folk then fire them all or force them out over and over
