      This company’s directions, goals, targets change, literally, every day. By who? The owner. The guy has no business or commercial sense or people skills. He works alone at night... also: illegal HR practices, delays in salaries, offices are a total mess, no leadership, secretive operations, extremely careless management. A very confusing and unstable working environment. Literally no one knows on what mood the owner will be every day...

      Pros

      The company in general has a very good name for itself, whoever i have told about where i work, i have only had positive feedback. Work life balance, relaxed atmosphere, good team culture. Good employee benefits, good salaries market wise. They are very willing to accommodate individual needs and are understanding which is nice

      Cons

      Past comments on glass door are old, and possibly outdated and i believe that these are going to be seen as cons, but i can see things are different now

      disappointing

      salary was okay for a C# software developer 2100 euros

      Cons

      After I passed the interview and was accepted, they told me to get a tourist visa (i am from Egypt), as it was easier to get a work permit once I'm in the country. after my tourist visa expired, they told me "oops!, it is too expensive for us to get you a work permit, sorry!" and I was let go there and then. Not professional. Also, the turn-over rate is very high.
