Terrible management and a toxic work culture. There’s no teamwork, and the workflow is completely disorganized. If you’re good at office politics and manipulation, you might fit in, but if you’re a true professional looking to make a real impact, this isn’t the place for you. The company barely has around 30 employees and very few women, most of whom are just trying to get by due to salary . Everyone I spoke to was unhappy with both the work environment and the culture. The atmosphere is toxic, with frequent layoffs and zero job security. Management is dishonest, and the company is run by people who only look out for themselves.
