Pros

The management team has been employed here for a long time and were all former skip tracers prior to management. They are very knowledgeable and share the knowledge with all of us. The company has 401K and matches. Generous bonus structure for skip floor. Constant training on new compliance policies and procedures. GM has open door policy. Listens to your concerns.

Cons

The two companies in Garland need more separation.
