Pros

Management Team is excellent, Insurance packages are A+, Open Door Policies are great, Location isn't an inconvenience.

Cons

The Nashville Location is in an area that is starting to improve but has it's fair share of homeless people which creates an aura of uneasiness. However, Management handles as good as any one can.

Some people are nice, commute is good from some areas of town

Cons

This company has no direction, recently ousted the CEO from a power struggle on the board. They pay less than average for CSRs. Middle managers seem to only consist of people who last longer than 6 months, no other qualifications needed
