Insurance is above par for a company of this size and comparable to much larger companies. The culture the company promotes is very family based, they care about you as an individual and want to see people do well.

Cons

Work / Life Balance can be challenging, Compensation is mediocre is the Nashville Job Market but is offset with the Insurance Package.
