Pros

Lax dress code. Not much to take away from this job such as experience unless you make management..to use for skills at other jobs.

Cons

Company wants to grow but not focusing on hiring better employees. High turn around..some firing..some walk outs..some never return. No outer security and homeless will walk through parking lot and look in building at night. Advancement right now is not worth the pay due to the amount of work they expect out of one person.

Very fair compensation. Hours are awesome. Manager is very helpful. Checks are always on time and correct. Bonus is always perfect

Cons

No drug testing so some undesirable employees. Facility could be nicer but that’s ok. Thank you seem to be some favorite

Nice facility. Convenient highway access off of US-24.

Cons

Commission checks for salaried employees are significantly less than half of what they were even 2-years ago, with no indication of improving in the near future. Salaried employees are docked vacation time if the building is closed due to snow/ice/inclement weather. Current CEO & upper mgmt team are generally perceived by most employees as cheerleaders, towing the company line ("Great job guys. Do better!") while refusing to address or often even discuss various issues in a timely manner.
