Cons

No support from management Can't use your own ideas Pay is low Hard to get a day off/ No benefits Management doesn't want to deal with issues so teachers do it all Management doesn't following through with what they say No behavior management allowed in the classroom

Pros

The kids are fun, the co-teachers I have are great and I learned what I should look for in a day care if I have kids because I now know what goes on behind closed doors.

Cons

The management is too concerned with their personal issues and gossip to care about the kids or the employees. The staff is under paid and unfairly treated. They have too many kids in the room with not enough teachers. Not much recognition for doing a good job.
