Pros

I recently joined Prince George's Community College (PGCC) as a Manager. After establishing a long career in the financial sector, I was seeking a change. I am thrilled with my decision to shift focus and join an academic environment that prioritizes students and the community. Celebrating my one-month anniversary here, I can confidently say that the experience has been incredibly rewarding. What stands out the most is the college's unwavering commitment to supporting students and the community. It's inspiring to be part of an institution that prioritizes education and service above all else. If you're looking for a place where your work truly makes a difference, PGCC is the place to be. I'm proud to contribute to such a meaningful mission and look forward to continuing my journey here.

Cons

Technology differs from financial sector. The compensation structure differs; however, benefits, total rewards and the workplace culture are meeting my expectations.
