Pros

Best benefits package i have ever seen. Flexible working schedule and ability to get time off when needed. Princeton is a walking town with many places to eat, drink and shop on lunch hour.

Cons

Compensation is terrible. Unless you are a manager the money is not there. Also the HR department here is a joke. Many of the managers should be fired, but HR turns a blind eye when situations arise.

Pros

The benefits are good. I love the tuition reimbursement program. The campus is beautiful and for the most part it's pretty safe.

Cons

Depending on what department you work in and if you're in a union, you feel as if the unions are not looking out for the best interests of their members. Depending on the department, pay and raises may not be that great.

Pros

It's Princeton. You get the chance to meet with the world's most renowned researchers, professors, and scientists from almost all areas of study, and the smartest students from around the world.

Cons

Although you work and live in the best university in the world, it is hard to really enjoy all the benefits that would first come to anyone who heard about your job--you simply have no time. The work would take up all your time and it was rarely the case that you could have a weekend all to yourself, regardless of the fact that you've been working really really hard on weekdays.
