Pros

Wicked smart faculty and graduate students, and exceptionally strong undergraduates that are a pleasure to teach

Cons

Post docs are few and far between, and there is a tendency for them to fall through the cracks - not being included on faculty or graduate student email lists means being the last person in the world to hear about important policy changes or social activities

Pros

-competitive stipends for graduate students -zero to no red tape -tons of summer funding opportunities (on top of stipend) -great career services center

Cons

-location (suburban New Jersey) -the graduate student body is tiny (due to the lack of professional schools), so it can feel a bit isolated
