Decent insurance. Pretty campus. That's it.

Cons

Run, don't walk in the other direction. They have no knowledge about true hospitality. Treat their managers like crap. Too many hours. Never a set schedule. People that have no clue what they are doing never get fired because they have been there for years! They will use you in what ever capacity they need at the moment. Better off being an hourly employee!

Can be an amazing place to work; very good benefits; responsibilities across salary grades not even

Great benefits especially if you have a good manager who encourages you to use them and access the perks

Cons

Employee treatment is not equal across departments; salary grade and responsibilities nowhere near having parity even in the same overall department of the University
