      A great place to work if you have a great leader.

      Cons

      Your manager determines: Your mental health Your promotions Your career goals Your work-life balance Your best interests During the interview process I met with my manager, and we had great connection. Shortly after starting my manager was changed and I received a toxic manager who not only demoted my career but my physical, emotional and mental health. Human resources did not provide any support when asked, everything is determined by your leader.

      Great culture and people. Many layers and teams so endless amounts to learn so you will never be bored and can grow your skillset within. They offer transfer opportunities within the company, so once your in you can move around. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Negotiate pay on the way in because pay increases are minimal with tenured staff.
