Pros

PTO that is truly unlimited, very solid WLB, salary and benefits. Very “safe and boring” corporate job. Decent pay transparency as well. Ability to work remote if not within 30 miles of office.

Cons

Horrible raises even for tech employees. Only gives raises based on the market and does not consider inflation or years of service. Contrary to what my recruiter said, you have a high likelihood of getting a 0% raise (yes, even in tech roles). If offered a role, be sure to negotiate your pay higher as you could be stuck at that pay level for multiple years regardless of your performance. If you are a local employee, you must go into office 3 days a week. (Yes, even for tech roles). Bonuses this year were also disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. As a leading provider of retirement solutions and employee benefits, we offer our employees a competitive benefits package. One of our guiding principles of our global pay philosophy is to be market driven. This means that total pay is set and administered in alignment with the external labor markets in which we compete for talent. We use third-party market data to help ensure base salary and incentives are appropriately aligned.

Pros

Good pay, but that's about it.

Cons

Leadership would rather travel around the country on the company dime than run the business. Micro management is the standard, I don't seem us being in business much longer. Most of the sales team is gone, and management is spending money like it's a bottomless pit while we bring in no revenue. Leadership doesn't want to listen to feedback, just call orders. Truly a terrible place to work.
