Pros

Great production staff and crew.

Cons

Poor training and ineffective management create a disorganized work environment. Managers lack field experience, discuss employees with others unprofessionally, and set their own schedules without accountability. Concerns are repeatedly raised but never addressed. There is an overwhelming workload with insufficient equipment and staffing. Instead of hiring necessary managers, they expect employees to take on extra responsibilities without additional pay. Salaries are inconsistent, with employees receiving different pay despite having the same experience. Believe the reviews!

Pros

This company has the worst on boarding and training procedures I've ever seen. Good luck trying to understand. Mason is a snake in the grass.

Cons

Pay is decent but only you're experienced. They will stay in business due to government contracts. Actually, That's what has created this weird work environment. It's a business that doesn't have traditional needs to grow.

Pros

It is a job, which is better than no job.

Cons

Shockingly low pay, expectation to work overtime, and 'falling on the sword' for incompetent management in front of customers because they do not want to take the blame. They do not like women or young people here. Expect to be treated as less than.
