While PF is what you might consider a "mature startup," we're still in the early stages of high growth. As such, processes haven't been fully defined in some areas. This sometimes leads to unexpected barriers to knocking out new projects. Also, given how small we are, everyone has opinions about everything, and sometimes that leads to "too many cooks being in the kitchen." But really, this is a byproduct of people actually caring about the company and its success, so I view it as more of a positive. That we're a small startup also begets the issue of resource bandwidth - it's fairly snug here, so if you're used to having a large amount of manpower and budget at your disposal, you might find yourself vexed here now and again.
