      Great Place to Work - Until it wasn't....

      Pros

      Benefits, fully remote, and flexibility.

      Cons

      No internal growth options, bought out by Custom Ink and original CEO is leaving, CI's CEO seems to have no real knowledge of Printfection at all, laid off over 500+ employees in December 2023.

      Pros

      Great team. Everyone is focused on doing a great job and treats each other with respect. I also appreciate that they are entirely remote.

      Cons

      The workload can be heavy and it can be easy to get caught up in working more hours. Not much clarity on how someone can progress in their career without pursuing leadership opportunities.
