PTO starts accruing from day one and benefits start from first day of employment. Insurance is high and there is no co-pay.
Cons
The rate of pay is WAY below average, there is no room for advancement, leadership lacks the knowledge of clinical positions, being severely understaffed means you’ll take on the roles of two positions when your pay doesn’t come close to matching what other hospitals pay for one of the two positions you’re being asked to do.
