      Pros

      People (most nurses are good to work with) but they over work you and underpaid. Get called in a lot on off days. Ratios are almost always over what is safe, and some managers are great where others view you as a number

      Cons

      I had a MS degree working at the bedside for 2 years at this company, was the fastest person on my unit to rise to charge nurse and I never received a pay raise in the 2 years I worked there. Including when Covid hit and I constantly took Covid patients while having charge nurse duties. They need safer conditions for nurses. Was injured serval times by combative patients.
