They are supposed to be not for profit but its run just like a for-profit hospital. The managers and supervisors do not care about those under them. They barely say thank you, never say anything you do right, always correcting you. Always focus on what you are doing wrong. They never encourage you. They threaten to fire you all the time. They have unrealistic rules and policy's
