Excellent organization, Plenty of room for growth (if offered)

Cons

Not transparent amongst individuals in the same position. Everyone with my job is given a different job title based off of their credentials, and the actual position itself does not exist as an actual "Profession" It feels like they combined a secretary, with a scribe, with a EMT, with a LPN, and a Paramedic, as well as a Office manager.
