      Pros

      You stay for the culture and community that is Palmetto Health. The people here just want it to work and be better but the patient load is increasing without pay increasing . They do not allow overtime. The pay is, at its best, market standard-never higher. There are no significant raises (a few cents) or raises at all. Currently, the organization is trying to raise the pay to the average pay compared with other hospitals. They do not look to pay higher than other hospitals.

      Low pay, no bonuses, no overtime and experience outweighs education.
