Good coworkers, got to help people with their health. We were able to make an impact with out job

Cons

A lot of changes within the past few year. Never had real structure or goals to achieve. With the merge of Palmetto last year has been very confusing and frustrating.

For the most part, coworkers are great and willing to help when needed. I have a great relationship with both clinical and non clinical staff. Manager is great is tries hard to approve all time requested off and work with you on scheduling etc...

Cons

Our campus isn’t as up to date as the rest of the campuses. We don’t have a cafeteria at night time. (Work night shift, you’re out of luck). No regular sodas allowed in vending machines. -Only diet- Right next to the chocolate and chips. I can’t have diet soda as it causes me migraines. But also no cafeteria. So night shift feels shunned. Insurance also needs work. For working for the hospital, you’d imagine the insurance/copays/deductibles would be better.. Also since the merge with Palmetto, we’re not getting a raise this year. And likely again no bonus.
