      Patients can bring a smile to your face

      Cons

      Team Leads are horrible Not enough pay to do what they require Always short staff You go over and beyond and it's still like you don't exist Co-Workers have poor attitudes and mostly are there for a check This job should be for a student that's straight out of high school that wants experience in the medical field

      Administration cares little for loyal employees. Especially former Palmetto Health staff who have vested years within a company that upper management has abused and misappropriated funds to their personal advantage.

      It's a paycheck, and if you can fit in and survive the hazing and ridicule, there is room for growth

      Cons

      Employees are petty, they will have no problem talking behind behind your back and going to upper management about you. If you do not fit in with their ethnic festivities and can not approve of their....conversation choices, you will be seen as an outcast and will be isolated. Which will also be a problem for management.
