Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very proud of our opportunity to advance in the organization and our new benefits are really exciting. The cons you listed are concerning. Unfortunately, we can't see everything and we really heavily on team members like you to make us aware through our open door policy so we can intervene and assist as needed. I wish you had come to us to discuss so we could have worked with you to resolve your concerns. We truly want every employee to have a great experience working here, but also understand we can always improve.
