      Pros

      I love the diversity of the staff! There's room for advancement at all levels for people of color. This is a level one trauma center with educational opportunities abounds. They also have the wonderful technology available.

      Cons

      The pay is below average and they haven't given pay raises in over a decade. The security services need an overhaul!

      The unit I work on is second to none. We are a specialized unit and the doctors and nurses I work with on this unit is incredible.

      Cons

      The pay is to low.
