We love our patients and they are the reason we are here every day. To care for a patient is never an easy job and those who find it a calling more than a job are the employees who really shine in our organization and make up the good staff.

      Pros

      the commute is good. If you are a USC leased employee the time off is good.

      Cons

      management does not listen to employees for example if you suggest that maybe new equipment be ordered they will not order it even if it is in your job description and a primary role for you to suggest new equipment and work flow improvements. Communication between departments is almost non existent causing quite a bit of confusion of course communication from the director level down is also quite bad. nothing but inter departmental sniping and power plays . no since of community or pride in the work place.
