      Large company. Owns everything in the Upstate and will be merging with Palmetto Health.

While we do have a great presence in the upstate, we don't own everything. :) Our merger with Palmetto Health will allow us to provide better care across SC, and be more financially responsible while we do it. We are excited to be Prisma Health and all it will bring in the future.

      Very dedicated staff who have stayed despite a lack of wage adjustments and lots of changes; great physicians, a real commitment to quality and a positive experience.

      Cons

      The recent merger feels more like a take-over; salaries not competitive.
